Vok announces a new Joint Venture with the Fosters Group
Vok Beverages is delighted to announce we have signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Foster’s Group Limited (Foster’s). This will see Vok Beverages become the 8th largest wine company in Australia from December 1.
The brands to be transferred are: Queen Adelaide, Half Mile Creek, Minchinbury, Matthew Lang, Andrew Garrett, Maglieri of McLaren Vale, Rouge Homme, Great Western, Cartwheel, Fishers Circle, Galway Pipe, Boronia and Yarra Ridge.
These brands have great potential, and with dedicated focus from the sales and marketing teams these brands will be in growth again in the near future.
Foster’s will continue to produce and package the wine brands on Vok’s behalf.
Responsibility for selling these brands will transition to Vok on 1 December with a 30 day handover period.
This is a fantastic opportunity to improve the diversity of the Vok portfolio and open new business channels.
