Three Oaks Cider is a crisp and refreshing alcoholic cider and is a great alternative to beer or wine on those warm afternoons when the occasion calls for something a little lighter.

The product is hand crafted by winemakers and the product is made from 75% Apple and 25% Pear.

Three Oaks Cider is produced in a similar way to Wine – fermentation of the apple and pear juice is followed by racking, a short maturation period and then bottling.

The palate is complex yet well balanced with crisp acidity and no bitter or tart after taste. The liquid colour is a beautiful straw colour and the bubbles are tight and consistent – not too fizzy when you first open the product, but will last the entire drink. The evident aromas are well rounded, clean and fresh with primary notes of green apple, reminiscent of a barrel of fresh, granny smith apples, with hints of tropical passionfruit and Nashi Pear.
