• We recommend you consider seeking independent advice regarding the protection of your idea prior to submitting it to VOK Beverages.
• If you do elect to submit your idea without protecting it, you agree to relinquish all rights to the idea to VOK Beverages.
• There is no obligation on VOK to commercialise or otherwise pursue your idea.
• VOK reserves the right to negotiate compensation for an idea on a case by case basis.
• If we would like to pursue your idea further, we will make contact with you regarding next steps.
